I have been seeing some clients for stop smoking sessions…
One testimonial I received said: I must say, while you were hypnotizing me I was far from convinced that you were doing anything at all and walked out thinking I had just wasted my time and money!!…
However, I have tried to have 1 cigarette in my 24 days of non smoking (to test my resolve more than anything), and am still a non smoker!!
It tasted horrible, my food tastes great, my clothes smell clean, and my lungs are bigger than I ever thought!!
Thank you Glenn – I don’t know how you did it or what exactly you did, but you stopped me smoking after 22 years and I have had no cravings, temper or “knot in the belly” feeling that one does when they quit cold turkey.
It just amazes me how strong the mind is that you can tap in and tell it that it won’t have cravings – and then you don’t!!
You should be working in a drug addiction centre or something, because I just find your gift so incredible.
