It can have devastating effects if it manages to push you down the rabbit hole:
…the perception that you’re not good enough.
You know how it goes, it creeps up on you when things aren’t going as planned.
When hypnosis isn’t working or you’re dissatisfied with the results.
But the thing is, this is just a perception. It’s not the truth or reality. Especially when you’re in the early stages of the learning process.
Make no mistake: giving false meaning to a unsatisfactory experience simply because you’ve abandoned it prematurely or you’re still learning is a trap.
