It’s always cool when one of our readers writes into us and shares their experience with hypnosis.
But even more so when they create an actual hypnotic poem about it…
So a while back we were playing around with some Mind Bending Language on the Hypnosis Training Academy’s Facebook page when Kristy Gillies thought it would be fun to take it one step further and create a hypnotic poem!
Needless to say after listening to her video, we were in awe of her hypnosis and poetry skills.
Here’s a passage from her 5-minute soothing video:
It’s always been in you
This strength you abide
Just put your hand on your heart
The power is yours inside
And now that those seeds are planted deep in your mind
Amazing changes in your life you’re sure now to find
And soon you’ll awaken feeling second to none
And knowing that in trance wonderful work has been done
Our advice: listen to the video as you settle into bed tonight or when you’re in need of some relaxation – and enjoy the tranquil rhythm of this hypnotic poem!
